With the popularity of Mobile Car Care, the traditional Banks cant keep up with our demand of loans.
We have stepped back a bit to rethink how we want the potential Franchise buyers to get loans that are fast and fair. Since we started selling Franchises in 1994, we have been at the mercy of traditional commercial banks unless the buyer used their own resources. Half of the current franchised units are investor owned and those also used various funding vehicles that we think we can improve.
With 90 orders back logged, Mobile Car Care is re developing a new way to fund all franchises. Instead of taking over a month to be processed by Banks, these new loans can be funded in 4 days while the new owner is in Training and development. Along with this new expansion to Los Angeles and Orlando and the new funding more than 2,000 Franchises will be added to the nation. A good way for a person to have a great income for his family since this is a Recession proof business.

Currently looking to build a new Website, and re issuing our Federal and State Regulations as making some logo and corporate identity changes. One change for instance is making a sub division of Mobile Car Care called "The Car Guys" that will be a less monitored Franchise.
We are also setting aside $1,000,000 to protect and Guarantee franchise loans for default for one year. Since we have no defaults in 17 years, it is a comfortable thing to do. Also, we have in place customer service to Franchise owners to insure their success. Some of those include Marketing to get customers, Teaching how to run the business, and total support. We even have a Van Franchise available if an owner's unit is down for maintenance or some accident. We also help obtain employees for investor owned Franchises. Also, it has happened that the owner no longer wants to run a franchise in favor for another career, so we even have a service to re-sell the Franchise to a new owner. That is an enormous comfort.
More importantly, at the start of the Franchise evaluation, we weed out owners who have a propensity to fail. If the potential owner only claims to be a detailing "expert" with no business experience, or education, they will fail. Of the 420 Franchises sold, we have refused over 2000 people in buying our franchise. Maybe those are the copy cats that come and go.
