Swisher expressed a desire to re meet the Customers and franchises and see what needs tweaking and what needs to be improved. While still the largest and first Mobile Detailer, Bill Swisher never sits on idle and looks to improve all aspects of customer care. Not one customer complaint has been logged in 20 years of operation. And if it does, customer service jumps on the situation.

"There is an alternative reason to be honest. While I want to get back out to see what customers say, I really enjoy the work, and really need to get back into shape,...... LOL. I feel so good after the hard work of making people happy with detailed vehicles. Did an Private jet the other day, and the customer knew I had the expertise to do even that work, since I was with USAIR at one time. I love to get out and greet and meet and talk to the customers and Franchise owners.... its a fun job. I like to meet new customers and see how the industry is. As is the usual, the copy cats out there are so bad, customers need to know we are the Innovators of this concept and the First company to do this work, and that we are not one of them" Bill Swisher said
